IFLA Voucher Scheme

Payment System for International Interlibrary Transactions

To our voucher clients,

Due to COVID-19, IFLA’s headquarters will be closed from 15 December 2020 to 30 June 2021. Staff will be working online and have limited access to the office and the physical vouchers. Therefore our ability to accept orders, send vouchers or accept redemptions during this period may be delayed. As we are unsure how postal services around the world are being disrupted, clients are asked not to post vouchers for redemption to IFLA unless absolutely necessary and until normal services can be resumed.

We regret any inconvenience that this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

The Voucher Scheme makes it easy for you to pay for your international interlibrary requests by using a voucher instead of money.

Vouchers are available in two values: EUR 4 and EUR 8.

NOTE: as of 1 January 2018, the handling fee per IFLA voucher order and redemption will be EUR 18.00. Commencing 2019, a variable fee of 3% of your voucher order / redemption value will be calculated as an additional handling fee. Commencing 1 July 2021, the variable handling fee will be increased from 3% to 4% of your voucher order / redemption value.
