In April 2012, the IFLA Newspaper Section, IFLA PAC Stretegic Programme, and the Bibliothèque nationale de France held the 2012 IFLA International Newspaper Conference in Paris, France. The Conference took place at the Bibliothèque nationale de France during a major exhibition titled “La Presse à la Une”, dedicated to the History of the Newspapers in France at the BnF.
