Education International World Congress

Educators and their Unions Taking the Lead

21 – 26 July 2019

Bangkok, Thailand

IFLA will be represented by Ai Cheng Tay, incoming Governing Board Member

The Education International World Congress is an opportunity for the primary global organisation for teachers and others working in education to debate key issues, and set a direction for the future.

With a large share the world's libraries forming part of schools and universities, there is both a strong shared commitment to high quality education for all, and a specific interest in the conditions of those working in education in general.

The Congress will provide an opportunity to hear about the priorities of teachers, to make connections with the concerns of libraries, and to build stronger cooperation between our sectors.
