Making Ends Meet

Every two years the Library Buildings organises a conference in conjunction with the annual IFLA WLIC Congress. This year the Congress was held in Singapore and theme dealt with how to develop high-quality libraries at a reasonable cost– Making Ends Meet: High Quality Design on a Low Budget. During two days (15 and 16 August 2013, we learned from and were inspired by lecturers from Australia, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, Sir Lanka, Sweden, Uganda and the USA.
