This is a critical time for the ongoing reforms, with votes imminent in the key European Parliament Committee, as well as the Council (whcih brings together Member States).

IFLA will be represented by Stephen Wyber, Manager, Policy and Advocacy, who will talk about the contribution that the right copyright laws can make to heritage preservation, and the need for a mimumum set of exceptions and limitations to copyright globally.
